PRICE TOTAL BODY TO FIXED AND INVARIABILE:

ASSISTANCE:
Assistance including starting up of acceptance is also including technical assistance of the soft start for a period of about 2 days. Including travel and subsistence.
STORAGE:
For unforeseen reasons could require a storage and conservation provision c / o Vs. Workshop, instead covered for a period max. For 3 months. This provision is included to be considered in the order.
CONDITIONS AND VALIDITY RATES:
The total value of the individual and its component are fixed and not subject to any revision, even if caused by any increases in the cost of materials or labor, until all obligations undertaken by the supplier in the face of the order.
YIELD MATERIALS: Franco Silcotub - Zalau-Romania, installed in place
DELIVERY:
- Electric: 20/10/07 (date of testing at Calusco BG)
- End-assemblies: 10/11/07
- Starting house: 15/11/07 (subject to penalty)
PENALTY:
If the delivery dates established in order not to be respected, including the execution of documentation, HASCON will have the option of applying a penalty equal to 1% for every week of delay in delivery with relief 7 days. Up to a max for 10% of the total value of the order, unless further damage. The provision shall be deemed completed until the delivery of detail and final documentation.
PAYMENTS:
- € 37.500,00 share el framework. A positive test at Vs. Workshop with BB60 gg.dffm
- € 18.315,00 share - assembly plant to test positive with BB 90 gg.dffm
- € 2.035,00 share completion testing positive to work with BB120 days. Dffm
WARRANTY:
It will have a duration of 18 months after the entry into operationof the plant, max 24 months from date of delivery.

The documentation is required in ITALIAN / ENGLISH, No. 2 paper copies + 1 copy in electronic format on CD, and should be sent c / or ns. Offices to ca Mrs. Marson.
